Large Patient Data Reports Stuck in STARTED Status (Doc ID 2220884.1)

Symptoms

Some Patient Data Reports executed from Oracle Clinical are stuck in STARTED. Sometimes the status will switch to RS_FAILURE while most times the Report Server job will fail without updating the BATCH_JOBS table.
