Symptoms
In a VCP 12.2.4.1 Instance (Decentralized):
Using 'Legacy systems -collect Flat file data' to load sales order data into the MSC schema. Sales order data loads correctly into the MSC_ST_SALES_ORDERS staging table, but the collection fails in the 'Planning ODS Load' process. All ODS load workers completes with the following error: ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables.
