Pin_rerate Failed to Start with the Use of Fm_utils_op_is_ancestor (Doc ID 2221957.1)

Symptoms

When using fm_utils_op_is_ancestor in one of the custom rating opcode, the out-of-box pin_rerate utility failed to start with this error:

Once the following line was removed, pin_rerate started fine:

if( fm_utils_op_is_ancestor( connp->coip, ST_OP_DSHR_REMOVE_GROUP ) )
