Goal


This document provides some technical details on Diameter Control Agent (DCA) functionality of retransmission flag (T-bit) in DIAMETER the protocol. We will try to explain how the retransmission mechanism works in a standard implementation of the Diameter protocol and how OCNCC behaves when encountering an packet market as retransmitted.
