How to Properly Unreserve Telephone Number Range Using UnreserveEntity WS Operation

The customer is following the UIM Web Services Developer's Guide examples when working with NRM web service operations. However if there are multiple telephone numbers (the range of TNs) are reserved under the same reservation, and they attempt to unreserve the part of the range by executing unreserveEntityRequest using <tn:rangeFrom> and <tn:rangeTo> tags - entire reserved range is unreserved and therefore reservation itself is deleted.
