How to Configure LDAP Query URL or Text Databases Substitutions in the Mapping Tables (Doc ID 2225224.1)

Goal

Improve Messaging performance and manageability by using Ldap url substitutions or text databases instead of adding multiple entries in the mapping table

Currently using entries in the FROM_ACCESS like these

for deleting mail whose "from" or "auth" is a particular user (user1@example.com, user2, user3...userN).

Now there are dozens of users listed in mappings file which is affecting messaging performance and is difficult to manage
Is there a way to improve this ?
