Last updated on AUGUST 16, 2023

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Asynchronous cartridge is being used.

Next ASDL is getting triggered before getting completion response from N/W for the first ASDL. This is the expected behavior of asynchronous cartridge. However, occasionally this is causing below issue:

Customer is sending the commands one after another. However, the N/W log says that RMV_SUBSCRIBER command took more time to complete and meantime SUB_DTP commands was sent before total completion of RMV_SUBSCRIBER. This caused the products which got added for SUB_DTP got deleted at the n/w end.

The issue is not seen when the N/W response is quick (typically 1 or 2 sec) and RMV_SUBSCRIBER command completes before SUB_DTP command is sent.
