Symptoms
PROBLEM STATEMENT
On : 6.2.1.1005.b13 version, Engineering - Indirect Rehome process
After creating an Indirect Rehome project for an EVC and trying to Process Groom get following Groom Exception.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Network Groom for a virtual circuit
2. Create EWO from new Network Groom project
3. When trying to Process Groom from Work Queue Manager get following error.
ERROR
BUSINESS IMPACT
Users are unable to groom EVC’s to other Network circuits.
