Validation is preventing configurations being sent when primary and sub interfaces have IPs assigned (Doc ID 2227161.1)

Symptoms

GUI validation is preventing configurations being sent when primary and sub interfaces have IPs.  This is a now a valid configuration.  

The following will be seen in the GUI.  As a side effect of this is that integrity checks will produce major faults that are seen below.  The integrity checker has also been modified to ignore this condition.

Object model validation or internal failure detected.
