Messaging Server Commands Return "mailbox does not exist in the message store" - Convergence, WebMail, Pop And Imap Users Are Working Fine

Explain why Messaging Server Command Line Utilities return 'mailbox does not exist in the message store' while Convergence, WebMail, POP and IMAP users are working fine.
- I can not run Messaging Server Command Line Utility iminitquota on users, or reconstruct them
- The errors returned by the commands indicate the user does not exist but the user does exist.
- This is happening to all users.
- User can login to Convergence without problems with <userID>@<Domain>
