Explain why Messaging Server Command Line Utilities return 'mailbox does not exist in the message store' while Convergence, WebMail, POP and IMAP users are working fine.
- I can not run Messaging Server Command Line Utility iminitquota on users, or reconstruct them
- The errors returned by the commands indicate the user does not exist but the user does exist.
msgs Kbytes last msg partition quotaroot mailbox path acl
# /opt/sun/comms/messaging64/sbin/iminitquota -u <userID>@<Domain>
<userID>@<Domain>: mailbox does not exist in the message store
- This is happening to all users.
- User can login to Convergence without problems with <userID>@<Domain>
