On Red Hat Enterprise Linux (7.2-90.el6) using Oracle Communications Messaging Server 8.0.1.1.0 64bit (built Jun 15 2016).

When running rehostuser, imsrestore crashes in append_msg when it encounters a user who is already over their quota.
