URL image is not rendered when generating PDF report from BI Publisher
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

URL image should be displayed when generating PDF report from BI Publisher
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload the document in P6 My document
2. Open the image in P6 and copy URL
3. Log into BI Publisher 11.1.1.9.0.
4. Create a report and add an URL image.
5. Generate report in any format than HTML.
6. Image from defined is not rendered in resulted report.
