Periods of Unavailability Not Dispatching To Mobile Due To M1-DISPELTSK Bug (Doc ID 2231209.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.2.0.3.8 version, System Wide

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Create one crew shift in Mobile Workforce Management and also create Period of Unavailability (POU) for this mobile worker on server. Now change the state of Crew Shift to planned. In schedule tab can see the POU assigned with the shift. Now create one activity for same service area. So Activity is also assigned to the Crew Shift. Now run M1-TSKTR and M1-CRSHF batch from the server. Now start the shift the from device.

Expectation : That activity and POU should be dispatched to the device.

Problem: Only Activity is getting Dispatched to the device not Period of Unavailability (POU)

Conclusion: We can see activity and POU assigned to crew shift but POU is not getting dispatched to the device (MOP).
