RouteAppointment Request fails for schema validation

M1-RouteAppointmentRequestToScheduler is being used for fetching appointment information.
wsdl for units field

- <xsd:restriction base="xsd:decimal">
<xsd:minInclusive value="0" />
<xsd:maxExclusive value="99999" />
</xsd:restriction>
</xsd:simpleType>
</xsd:element>

but the Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) is sending a response greater than 99999.
