OSD Interface Does Not Send a Web Service Response (Doc ID 2236390.1)

Symptoms

The problem is that client application sometimes fails when calling OSD(Open Services Development) Web service interface due to the fact that a response was not sent via OSD interface.


It is expected that OSD should send a response.
