Symptoms
On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Codebase
When attempting to run the CT query for the business
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Failuer of Web Server bridge:
No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent
Error 500-- Internal Server Error
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the CCG > Click on Workbench-->CCG-->Change Tracker-->Selected application check box and required Change Tracker Definition and I clicked on Changes against instance
