Custom Data Model Upload Fails with '0 >= 0' Creating Scripts for Constraints on FCT_COMMON_ACCOUNT_SUMMARY (Doc ID 2238847.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), when uploading a custom data model either during an install or using the Data Model Maintenance screen, the upload fails and you find the following at the end of the model upload log in /<ftpshare>/<infodom>/logs:

A new Foreign key has been added in this table.

Scripts for altering the table fct_common_account_summaryfor adding the Foreign key FK_334_97 got created

Rollback script for adding the key FK_334_97 got created
Successfully executed

A new Foreign key has been added in this table.

Scripts for altering the table fct_common_account_summaryfor adding the Foreign key FK_334_98 got created

Rollback script for adding the key FK_334_98 got created
Successfully executed

A new Foreign key has been added in this table.

Scripts for altering the table fct_common_account_summaryfor adding the Foreign key FK_334_99 got created

The upload appears to fail as a result of the "0 >= 0" message.
