Install Fails After Update Constraints Utility Gets 'OUT OF MEMORY ERROR Java heap space' (Doc ID 2238883.1)

Symptoms

When installing Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) or Asset Liability Management (ALM) 8.0.3 or 8.0.4, the install stops after running the Update Constraints utility with the following:

Triggering the model upload utility to update constraints
Triggering update for all INFODOMS.
Utility triggered. Refer /refresh/u01/app/ofsaa80/utility/UpdateConstraints/Logs/Update.log to monitor progress.
Triggering the sandbox re-save utility to update the constraint names in sandbox definition xmls
Triggering update for all SANDBOXES.
Utility triggered. Please check /refresh/u01/app/ofsaa80/utility/sandboxutil/logs/Update.log and /refresh/u01/app/ofsaa80/ficapp/common/FICServer/logs/ModelingService.log for progress.

When checking the OFS_PFT_patch_installation.log in /OFS_PFT_PACK/OFS_PFT/logs, you find an error indicating the Update Constraints utility was not successful.

Checking the utility's Update.log in $FIC_HOME/utility/UpdateConstraints/logs, you find the following error:
