Symptoms
A schema validation issue when submitting a reading notification from SOA to OUAF for Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway Adapter for L+G.
The message contains a readingDate element which is defined in OUAF as a date. However, the field arrives from the head end system as a date-time. This typing is consistent with the MultiSpeak standard. When the value is submitted to OUAF, a schema error occurs.
