Symptoms

After deploying the OFFHOOK cartridge, we observed that the OFFHOOK Cartridge entries are not available in TBL_RESOURCE_POOL , TBL_COMM_PARAM, TBL_HOST_CLLI etc even after uninstalling and installing  3 times.
