Issue Description:

General Ledger reporting feature (i.e., journal_t update) was no longer enabled for trial billing.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------
Trial Billing did not update General Ledger Report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Trial Billing should update General Ledger Report.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE ARE AS FOLLOWS:
-----------------------
1.  Create an account with any offer and run live billing
2.  Advance PVT and run a trial billing
