Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

When attempting to configure the AMAGENT component
the following error occurs.

Create CCG Agent User

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the CCG
2. Administrator > ERP Instance >

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot configure the CCG Agent
