Goal
Unable to enter new sourcing assignment because the user is getting a message saying "This assignment combination (assignment type, organization, item/category, source type) already exists. Please select another.
Trying to add Item Level Assignment
SQL to check for this item in the Assignment Set shows no rows exist
Customer version of the form is MRPFDSRA.fmb -- 120.5.12010000.2
