The Field "Days After Failed Charge" cannot be edited from Periodic Charge Tab (Doc ID 2242046.1)

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), the field "Days After Failed Charge" (Services -> Prepaid Charging -> Wallet Management -> Periodic Charge -> Notifications)  is disabled and no value can be entered.

The issue can be reproduced by creating a new Periodic Charge with  "Control Plan" option as Charge Type.
