On : ECE version, Pricing Updater

Scenario :

* Customer has requirement to configure huge zone configurations.
* From PDC, the changeset was submitted ok, but it is not getting synced to ECE.
* There is an error in PricingUpdater log during the submit (same error while importing zone model configurations using import export pricing tool as well)

Question :

How to overcome this error ?
