Goal

On : Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 11.3.0.0.0 version, Pricing Updater

Scenario :

* A business requirement has huge zone configurations.
* From Pricing Design Center (PDC), the changeset was submitted OK, but it is not getting synced to ECE.
* There is an error in PricingUpdater log during the submit. (The same error happened while importing zone model configurations using import export pricing tool as well)
How to overcome this error?
