Valuation decimal position not working when adding valuation to the asset, it is defaulting to zero

Must show 6 decimal places after saving

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Value type detail with decimal position 6
2. Add valuation to asset and select the value type details
3. After press tab button or save the valuation, the decimal defaulted with zero, not saving with decimal value.
