The "refresh" Button On OSM WebClient Disabled When OSM URL Is Added To List Of Compatibility in IE11

The "refresh" button on OSM task client appears disabled if the OSM URL was originally added to the "List of Compatibility sites".

All the client machines of the business customer have "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" enabled.

Therefore they cannot simply disable it for "OSM" and allow other URLs of other applications  to be viewed in Compatibility view.
