Symptoms

OSM Release 7.2.4.

During Order Fulfillment the exception " java.io.NotSerializableException: javax.xml.transform.sax.SAXSource " is raised in the logs and it is preventing Order processing :

Business Impact:

Due to this error, the SIFalloutPIPOrder and the main COM order are stuck there. The fallout process could not be completed.
