After upgrading to Oracle utilities framework to 220.127.116.11 and CCB to 18.104.22.168, you may notice intermittent issues of users unable to login to CC&B, receiving the message “unable to login” if ldap is used in your environment. The following message is also seen in the logs:
When this occurs, a group of users may get locked out at a time. After a set amount of time, the accounts will be able to log back in. Alternatively, unlocking the accounts with the weblogic console also allows the users to log in.
