CC&B Intermittent Login Issues

LDAP - Lightweight Directory Access Protocol
After upgrading to FW 184.108.40.206 and CCB to 220.127.116.11, you may notice intermittent issues of users unable to login to CC&B, receiving the message “unable to login” if LDAP is used in your environment. The following message is also seen in the logs:
When this occurs, a group of users may get locked out at a time. After a set amount of time, the accounts will be able to log back in. Alternatively, unlocking the accounts with the WLS console also allows the users to log in.
