On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM) 7.5.0.16.0 version, Collections Manager, it is observed that 'PCM_OP_PYMT_COLLECT' opcode is calling 'PCM_OP_AR_REVERSE_WRITEOFF' with a /billinfo POID instead of /account POID.
