Collections/Collab ODS Load in PROD:

Users are on 12.1.3 and have applied VCP 12.1.3.9.1 Patch 17350769. At the end of data collections is spawned a concurrent request to load data for Collaborative Planning called MSCXPUBO module: Collaboration ODS Load. However it errors with the following:
