Symptoms

ASAP -SSH problem:

The user was trying to connect to a new port 52000 from the default SSH Port 22 for an existing cartridge. A Change in the login() method is expected but the user saw an exception in the connect() method when the port is changed. This error is repeated in the logs. The SSH parameter PROMPT '<' is also set correctly.
