Bill Units and Agent Task Lists are Not Seen with Agent Login in BRM PS17 Collection Center (Doc ID 2251892.1)

Symptoms

If the users login as agent in Collection Center, they are unable to access any icons/buttons and also no accounts are displayed in Collection Center. See below screenshot :



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an Agent login using Permissioning center.

2. Assign collections all permissions except the Manager permissions.

3. Assign few collection tasks to the agent through Manager login.

e.g. You can create an account, run billing and accordingly run 'pin_collections_process' for the corresponding billinfo of that account. Note that you have defined the entry criteria, exit criteria and actions inside the Collection Config center, for that agent user.

4. Log in to the Collection Center as agent and press refresh.

Actual result: Not able to view the assigned tasks table and collection billinfo details for that account.

Expected Result: The assigned tasks table will get populated. When any entry is selected the bill unit information is getting displayed properly.
