On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 126.96.36.199.0 version, Collections Center, it is observed that the Bill units and Agent task lists are not seen with the Agent login.
If the users login as agent in Collection Center, they are unable to access any icons/buttons and also no accounts are displayed in Collection Center. See below screenshot :
