Symptoms

Received the Error ; "Connection to the network element failed: bad client public DH value [Unknown cause] "

Among the configured NEs, the issue is seen only for few NEs. The same configuration, IP address and parameters are working correctly for some NEs while for other NEs, they are not. The cartridges used are all compiled using JDK 7. This issue was noticed in ASAP Release R7.3.0_P1.
