Archive One Package Program Completes With Error. - ORA-01652 On TEMP Space (Doc ID 2252570.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Memory Based Planner

Archive One Package program completes with error.
We are submitting 'Launch Supply Chain Planning Process' Program with the parameters for APCC - The key parameter being 'Archive Current Version of plan summary' set to 'Yes'.

This program triggers many programs of which 'Archive One Package' program is failing for parameters 'msc_demand_pkg' and 'msc_phub_cost_pkg' with the error 'ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP2'.

Our dbas have tried increasing size upto 14 gb and still the same error exists.
