Symptoms

When attempting to export a project to XLSX, the following error occurs:

ERROR
Export failed. Unable to determine the identity of domain. Please contact your administrator to correct the problem.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional
2. Go to File --> Export... and select Spreadsheet - (XLSX) and step through the wizard
3. Issue occurs
