Production Adapter Importers Timing Out
(Doc ID 2254968.1)

Symptoms
On : 1.6.1.21 version, LODESTAR EIP ADAPTER
Problems with the 60-minute meter data Adapters timing out. The Adapters housed on the three Adapter servers will work correctly upon startup, but after anywhere from 15 minutes to 4 hours, they will timeout. Once this happens, the importers can be restarted and the Adapters will function correctly again until they time out once more. Following are the two scenarios that take place,
1) Adapters timing out due to the error message ("Service is stopped for having too many errors"): We have been unable to locate the exact errors mentioned as there are no error records being written to the hubinbound/hubinbounexception tables or adapter log files.
2) Adapters timing out due to services randomly restarting: The LTMH.CFG does not contain the optional restart interval and the LTMH.XML.CFG files are not present in the cfg file directory so it is not responsible for the restart either. The keep alive property is active on the Adapters, but they do not come back on after the restart (even though the log files indicate that they do). >,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
"Service is stopped for having too many errors"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Gather all the meter data files (Meter data residential 60, meter data commercial 60, meter data residential 15 and meter data commercial 15) and drop them in the shared location.
2) Make sure lodestar ltmh/ Adapater Services are on.
3) Monitor the log files.
