Mailing List Delivery Notification Not Sent To Sender (Doc ID 2255882.1)

Symptoms

Issue:
An email is sent from test@domain1.com to the mailing list sysadmin@domain2.com that is forwarded to sysadmin@domain1.com and user@domain1.com.

The rejection error that the email user@domain1.com is an "unknown or illegal alias" is sent to the mailing list sysadmin@domain2.com and not to the original sender test@domain1.com.
