In Any version

Refresh Collection Snapshot in Automatic Mode error out with ORA-00054

This can happen for Any MLOG for the 50+ Snapshots

Example error from the log file
---------------------------------------------------
The number of rows in Snapshot log: MLOG$_MTL_ONHAND_QUANTITIE = 22775
The number of rows in Snapshot: MTL_OH_QTYS_SN = 45222
TRUNCATE TABLE INV.MLOG$_MTL_ONHAND_QUANTITIE
Error while truncating Snapshot Log : MLOG$_MTL_ONHAND_QUANTITIE
ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired
User-Defined Exception
