Dm_vertex not returning results with PS17 and generating CORE File

On : 7.5.0.17.0 version, Taxation
After upgrading BRM Patch to PS17 , when trying to purchased a product having some charge , opcode execution stops after connecting to dm_vertex as dm_vertex is not returning any result back to CM.
In the log this is shown :
It also generates a core file for that execution, but this core file does not get to open as there is no pstack installed on the customer's system.
