Goal
When users log into Argus for the first time (early in the day) and try to accept Local Affiliate Module (LAM) cases, Argus takes too long to accept the case, in some cases up to 10-14 minutes.
After that subsequent cases took the ideal time that is (less than 10 seconds) to accept the case.
After a few hours, the user tried to accept the case again system again took too long to accept the case, and after that, the rest of the cases were taking normal time.
What is the potential reason and any resolution to improve this performance?
