Troubleshooting Performance Issues Related To Accepting LAM Case.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When users log into Argus for the first time (early in the day) and try to accept LAM cases, Argus is taking too long to accept the case, in some cases up to 10-14 minutes.
After that subsequent cases were taking the ideal time that is (less than 10 seconds) to accept the case.
After few hours, user when try to accept the case again system again taking too long to accept the case, and after that the rest cases were taking normal time.
What is potential reason and any resolution to improve this performance ?
