Goal
In order to enable a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted connection for Short Message Service (SMS) Mobile Originating (MO) and SMS Delivery Receipt (DR) functionalities, clarification on below points is needed:
1. In which server key store the certificate needs to be uploaded, Application Tier (AT), Network Tier (NT) or both?
2. Does Oracle Communications Services Gatekeeper (OCSG) need to be restarted after importing the certificate?
