Symptoms
Unable to login into the OCA client and the following error messages appeared:
"Failed to initialize session, reason: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Premature end of file. Please ensure that the ASAP Daemon is running and try again"

Weblogic certificate was renewed after expiration and since then no user was able to login to the OCA client.
