Invoicing Issue for Large Corporate Account

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Invoicing
Customer is unable to invoice a large corporate account which contains 3974507 events. Its failing with NO_MEM error.
Customer do not have multiple balance impacts under these impacted events but have a large number of events (4Million). The following doc says that 2GB limit can be reached for 0.6M events (in case of events having multiple balance impacts). Could you please let us know how to confirm that the 2GB limit is being hit in this case? Also, as the account has already been billed, so do not have an option to change the structures immediately as mentioned in the following second note.
