On : 11.3.0.0.0 version, Customer data management
Based on below document regarding customerLoader Utility in ECE which dynamically loads the customer information from XML into ECE cache. :

Need below information:
1. Looks like this tool should always run with incremental load Is this utility compatible with migrated account (i.e. after CMT run) which are new legacy migrated accounts and do not exist in ECE cache?
2. What will be the input file format of customerLoader utility?
3. How can one generate the customerupdater input file with account information? Is it manual process or any tool to generate the input file?
4. Is there any sample input XML for reference?
