ERROR :ORA-00904:invalid identifier for Network Areas and Network System With Name Starting With "IN"

Symptoms
On : 6.0.15 version, Engineering
There is a Network Area .When a user tries to associate a network system ABC_XXX_2 to it , it throws an error as mentioned below. If the user enters a space in front of the short name field then MSS sees the network system just fine. Also , if the Search criteria such as Like ABC_XXX_2% is used , then also the correct results are displayed .
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Network Area .
2. Go to Network Item tab .
3. Try associating a network System , with name starting with "IN".(Enter the full name to see the issue)
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Users are not able to associate the NS to the NA if they search using the full NS name in the Short name field .
