Conflict Check Error Message Is Not Shown while Reversing the Approved Price Change to Worksheet (Doc ID 2261881.1)

Symptoms

While trying to reverse the approved price change back to worksheet, the conflict check information is not populated.

The price change is back in approved approved status.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a price change for a item/location and approve the price change.
  2. Ensure there is a conflict such that the price change cannot be moved back to worksheet status.
  3. Try bringing back the price change to worksheet status.
  4. Verify the price change is still in approved status and the conflict check error is not populated.
