Appviewer Url Is Not Working (Doc ID 2264364.1)

URL - Uniform Resource Locator

 

On CCB v2.4.0.3.0, ENV - Environment

Appviewer URL is not working when trying to access it from CCB.  
http://hostname:port/<path of the appViewer folder>/appViewer.html?type=table returns error "500 internal server error" in the browser.
http:/hostname:port/<path of the documents folder>/appviewer/appViewer.html is retrieving the AppViewer correctly.

Appviewer is actually being served on a different URL.
    Linked URL: http://hostname:6500/<path of the appViewer folder>/appViewer.html?type=table
    Working URL: <path of the documents folder>/appviewer/appViewer.html


ERROR
-----------------------
500 internal server error is encountered in the browser

in weblogic_current.log:



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Flip the AppViewer attribute on configureEnv.sh
2. Run InitialSetup.sh
3. Receive http 500

or:
1. Copy the appViewer files into /documents (from another working environment)
2. Run InitialSetup.sh
3. Still receiving http 500
