OCSG 6.1 Getting Exception Application Instance Doesn't Exist (Doc ID 2265195.1)

Symptoms

Created an application instance on OCSG and added the user config under Security Realms. The application instance is showing as up and activated through the OCSG console.

When trying to invoke any service on ParlayX interface using the application instance, see exception "Application Instance does not exist".
