Unable To Update Case Initial Status To The Next Status (Doc ID 2265955.1)

Goal

 UNABLE TO UPDATE CASE INITIAL STATUS TO THE NEXT STATUS

Case status was not being updated into the next status using the Oracle Application Testing Suite. user also tried to update the case manually (UI)
and it was successfully being transitioned to next status.

schema/status(attempted to change from ICASUB to NMAPP).</ResponseText>
